Mr B's Book Review: Nibbles - The Monster Hunt by Emma Yarlett
Emma Yarlett is back for her fourth installment of the Nibbles adventures - and it doesn't disappoint.
After munching his way through fairy-tales, this time, the naughty so-and-so is ravishing his way through interesting books about facts.
This exciting picture book sees Nibbles nibble his way through lots of non-fiction books.
The way this book is designed is so clever and is sure to capture the imagination of your little ones through its wonderful lift-up flaps and cleverly positioned holes.
In this book, children can learn bite-size facts about the world around us, different colours and different animals..
It just adds to the excitement of the book, which is interactive and aesthetically brilliant.
Some of the illustrations and fonts remind me of the books written and illustrated by the brilliant Oliver Jeffers, which the children will relate too.
This book is educational but it's also sure to make the children laugh, and I am definitely adding it to my Year 3 book corner in September.
Emma Yarlett's Nibbles books are excellent and I'm already craving more!
Nibbles: The Monster Hunt is out on the 5th September 2019.
